A small act of care
Everything your family needs to know.
One clear place to start.
Our starting promises
Plain-language prompts, at your pace.
Locations and instructions—not secrets.
Paper-friendly, family-first.
01 / The organizer
Less searching.
More direction.
You do not need to finish everything at once. Start with the next person to call, then build a map of the details your family would otherwise have to piece together.
A first page that comes first.
The planned kit includes a one-page “Start Here” sheet and a printable summary, so the most immediate information is easy to find.

Contact my sister, Rowan, first; her contact details are in the family address book in the kitchen drawer. Ask her to coordinate school pickup. Feed Pip before the evening walk.
Money & accounts
Everyday banking: Meadow Ledger Bank, checking and savings. Statements are in the blue folder in the study. Household bills are listed in the monthly budget notebook.
Insurance & benefits
Home and life coverage: Lantern Grove Assurance. Policy paperwork and the adviser’s contact card are in the insurance divider of the blue folder. Employer benefit information is in the work binder.
Important documents
The document-location list is inside the study cabinet. It points to the signed planning documents and the professionals who prepared them. This map does not replace those documents.
Digital-access instructions
Separate digital-access instructions are kept with my personal planning papers. This sheet contains no passwords or recovery codes. Follow the relevant provider’s access process.
Home, dependents & pets
The school’s approved pickup list is in the family binder. Pip’s vet card and feeding routine are beside the pet-food container. The household calendar lists recurring maintenance.
Business responsibilities
My small stationery studio’s open orders are in the work planner. The bookkeeper’s contact card is in its front pocket. Ask them about outstanding commitments before making changes.
Personal message
You do not have to figure everything out today. Start with Rowan, take a breath, and let people help. I wrote this so you would have somewhere to begin.
03 / The downloadable kit
One kit.
A clearer starting point.
